We keep this simple, because the people reading it spend their days protecting the privacy of children and youth. This page explains what limited personal information this website collects, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
This site does not require an account and does not track you with advertising cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us:
- Your name and email address, if you email us or request a conversation.
- Anything you write in a message to us, including your organization name if you provide it.
- When you book a conversation through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects the details needed to set up the call (such as your name, email, and chosen time).
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and hold the conversation you requested, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and scheduling tools), who are bound to protect it.
What this site does not do
This website is marketing information only. Do not send us any personal information about a child, youth, client, or staff member through this site or by email. The confidential systems we build for client organizations are entirely separate from this public website and are designed around the privacy requirements described below.
Your privacy rights in BC
We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
